Description:

The Cycle Step Counter PS-381 is a device for automatic press stamping, which controls output signals based on output setting with max. 1000 steps and counting of input signals. It can be used for control of cutting by controlling solenoid valves.

Since it has built-in AC/DC SSR output terminals, it can be used at AC or DC.
If it is connected to automatic switch for a cylinder, operation of the cylinder can be monitored (optional).
It can be connected to a personal computer or PLC through Ethernet.

Features:

Functions equivalent to PS-333 - The 8-channel, AC/DC SSR output terminals are incorporated. - Output setting is available in max. 1000 steps.

LCD panel provides enhanced operability - Easy output setting on LCD panel. - Operation check for cylinder can be performed on LCD panel. - Counting the number of times of Output ON at each channel up to 999999.

Detection by sensor (optional) - The sensor provided can detect forward and backward ends of cylinder. - Stop signal is outputted when any error occurs.

Provided with helpful functions for production control - Up to 99 patterns can be registered. - A record of up to 500 errors and counter outputs can be saved. - Calling pattern by ID tag (optional) is available.

Ethernet supported - The setting or the like in HTML format can be checked. - The saved record can be downloaded in CSV format. - UDP protocol and Telnet protocol enable various settings and operations.
