Description

The Transfer Detector “PS-581” detects grip errors in transfer pressing and outputs a stop signal to press machine in the event of error.

It communicates with sensors installed on grips and detects errors by use of timing signal synchronized with advancing or returning operation.
A preset counter is installed in it to provide counter function.
It is ethernet compatible to connect to personal computer or PLC

  • - Detectable channels increased from 24 channels to max. 30 channels.
  • - NPN type or PNP type sensor can be used by changing the setting.
  • - Link operation provides operation linked with more than one machine (optional).
  • - Vacancy operation and Start-Stop (SS) operation facilitated by an LCD.
 Provided with helpful functions for production control
  • - Amount of production is controlled by a counter.
  • - Up to 99 patterns can be registered.
  • - A record of up to 500 errors and counter outputs can be saved.
  • - Calling pattern by ID tag (optional) is available.
 Ethernet supported
  • - The setting or the like in HTML format can be checked.
  • - The saved record can be downloaded in CSV format.
  • - UDP protocol and Telnet protocol enable various settings and operations.
