- This is a grip-type air-driven feeder suitable for hoop materials that have irregular shapes or are easily scratched. Conventionally, the air feeder was integrated into a unit with the feeder body, solenoid valve, and controller, and can be used as a functional part of any automatic machine.
- The air feeder uses two clamps, one fixed and one movable, to alternately grip the hoop material while conveying it using a feeding air cylinder. These fixed, moving, and feeding air cylinders are individually controlled to achieve flexible operation.
- Two models are available, one with a maximum material width of 20 mm and one with a maximum material width of 40 mm, which are suitable for transporting small parts.
