Notes
The release mechanism of this device is an air cylinder type driven by a highly responsive solenoid valve, but due to the mechanism, there is a delay in operation. To compensate for the delay in operation, we recommend using a digital cam with an automatic advance function for the release signal. In particular, when the mold positioning pin requires precise release action or when used at high SPM, be sure to use it in combination with a digital cam with automatic advance angle function

1) Material runout detection is a function that detects the presence or absence of feed material without contact using a photoelectric sensor installed on the introduction roller and output an emergency stop signal.
2) Remote is a function that allows you to control the feeder from an external device.
If you select [W] or [V], the function options [A], [B], [C], and [E] cannot be selected.
3) Models with a remote [W] switch can be controlled (single feed operation, slow forward motion, slow backward motion) by operating the attached remote switch.
4) With remote [V] cable, it is possible to control (single feed operation, slow forward motion, slow backward motion) and switch the linked [ON/OFF] state using an external signal.
5) The following functions are realized by communicating with external devices.
