The release mechanism of this device is an air cylinder type driven by a highly responsive solenoid valve, but due to the mechanism, there is a delay in operation. To compensate for the delay in operation, we recommend using a digital cam with an automatic advance function for the release signal. Especially when the mold positioning pin requires precise release action or when used at high SPM, be sure to use it in combination with a digital cam with automatic advance angle function.
